What does this mean? It’s simple we provide you with legitimate buyers and sellers right after training. The leads are generated from our advertisement which can be found in any local supermarket or Block Buster or local stores who carry Real Estate magazines. The fact that we advertise very heavily should be very important to you because this is where new agents usually get their first deals. Most other Real Estate companies claim they have leads or they say that their leads are generated from real Estate signs on yards. The fact is that most companies do not advertise and because the homes with the yard signs are usually other agent’s listings, the leads are dispersed to that agent. It is very important that when you decide to join a company that you physically see their advertisement. With us this is not a problem, by simply checking your local stores who carry Real Estate magazines this can be easily verified.
2. Field Training:
Classroom training is great, but not enough!!!!! The fact is that although most companies have great training it is not sufficient for success in this competitive environment. Here we teach the actual methods that are being used by agents in our office that make a $$$six figure$$ income. Critical factors such as how to determine if you client is truly qualified, how to work the buyers and sellers we pass down to you, how to write competitive contracts, how to generate business and advertise, and how to get to the next level, are just a few of the things taught here.
3.Potential for Growth:
In ERA Capital we believe in training you to become independent and getting you to the level of receiving a 90% commission. Are intentions are to get you productive as soon as possible, so that you may get to the higher splits. As you continue to learn and become less dependent you are rewarded with higher commission splits that are available to you. In fact, we have new agents that have done so well that within less than 6 months they have switched to higher splits. Yes , when you are ready you can switch to a higher commission split, and still have the company support.
4.Floor time:
Our floor time is not mandatory, it is optional. It is advised to schedule as much floor time as possible because this is where your leads will come from. Most companies who have floor time, have a very limited amount of time available for agents. This is a very serious problem for new agents because the Real Estate business is a numbers game. The more people you speak to, the better chances you are of getting a deal and earning income. Here we offer agents a minimum of 3 days a week of floor time. Although most agents can usually pick up shifts every day.
